JuNe's - How to Sleep Well - Therapy for all

>> Sleep only when sleepy !! That means if u can't fall asleep in 20 minutes, get your arse out of da bed and do some boring things.. like reading the warrenty of your refrigerator in a dark corner... hahaha~~

>> Don't take naps.... but if you can't make it through the day without having naps... do it before 3pm, and must not be longer than 1 hour !!

>> Get up and go to bed everyday at the same time (okay i know this sounds so freaky impossible, but yeh.. it does work ) =P

>> Only use your bed for sleeping
-- take note !! : watching TV, sweating all over your bills, studying, reading, working are a "no-no" !! - Sex is the only exception.

>> Make sure your bed and bedroom are quiet and comfortable

>> Go online or search some books for some pretty and comfy-looking gorgeous beds... u'll drool over them believe me...

>> The last resort : take sleeping pills ( not that healthy, unless u're so so desperate to sleep_)


( Last night i dreamt of my sexy neighbor (haha) , its so funny but i feel sleepy already. thanks to all the boring stuff i wrote up there... nites .. =D )
